The executive management consists of:

Audun W. Iversen (Chief Executive Officer)
Mr. Iversen has extensive experience as a financial analyst and portfolio manager for 12 years from DnB Markets and DnB Asset Management. He has received several awards for his work. He has been working with renewables since 2005. He is currently a board member of Opera Software ASA, and has previously been a board member of Mamut ASA.

Rolf Jarle Aaberg (Chief Operations Officer)
Dr. Aaberg has been active in solar power and advanced energy systems for fifteen years. Until 2002 he was secretary general of the Norwegian Solar Energy Society. Since 2002, he has held various Vice President positions in Statkraft and has been responsible for corporate research and commercialization of new technologies. In 2008 he took responsibility for strategy and business development within Statkraft Solar Power. The strategic focus was project market development and acquisition in Italy, France, Spain, Bulgaria and Greece. He has a broad network in the power and technology industries, as well as the European PV sector.

Alessandra Gori (Head of Legal)
Ms Gori is a lawyer and qualified as a solicitor in both Italy and the UK with twelve years PQE in general commercial/contract law; EU law and IP law within B2B and B2C business. She has a comprehensive international career in Europe & Australasia as a C-Level in-house lawyer. Prior work experience includes GE Oil & Gas, Cargill, NetApp and in several other industries (Technology, Commodities & Luxury Goods).
