ROLF JARLE AABERG

Dr. Aaberg has been active in solar power and advanced energy systems for fifteen years. Until 2002 he was secretary general of the Norwegian Solar Energy Soc. Since 2002 he has held various vice president positions in Statkraft as responsible for corporate research and commercialisation of new technologies. In 2008 he took responsibility for strategy and business development Statkraft Solar Power. The strategic focus was project market development and acquisition in Italy, France, Spain, Bulgaria and Greece. He has a broad network in the power and technology industries and as well as the European PV sector.
ROAR ALME
Partner & CFO
Mr. Alme joined Statkraft Solar to work on advanced financing models and strategic business development. Previously, he set up and ran Statkraft Montenegro for hydro power development. He has been CFO of three different companies and participated in four start-ups. Previous employers include Telenor, Schibsted and Ernst & Young. Speaks English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.

Mr. Askvig is Managing Director of Sundt AS and Chairman of the Board of Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA (Oslo Stock Exchange). He is a board member of Eiendomsspar AS, Pandox AB, Toluma AS / Skibs AS Tudor and Astrup Fearnley AS. He was Chairman of the Board of Imarex from 2004 -2009. Sundt AS has a strong position and reputation in infrastructure and real estate investment in the Nordic area.

Mr. Iversen has been working as a financial analyst and portfolio manager for 12 year with leading Norwegian investment banks. He has received several awards for his work. He has been working with renewables since 2005. He is an investor and an board member of Opera Software and Mamut.

ØYSTEIN H. KVARME

Mr. Kvarme was with Statkraft Solar since December 2008, developing business models for solar and project acquisition in Italy and France. Prior experience includes CEO roles in VC context and international corporations (Telenor, Bosch and Tandberg) experience in Finance, M&A, sales and management. Speaks English, German, French and Spanish.
