EAM Solar ASA buy and operate solar power plants in Europe. EAM Solar ASA is owned by 22 different shareholders and the company raised NOK 120m in a private placement in April 2011. EAM Solar ASA plans to be listed in 2012 on Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE). This will be one important step to make solar power plants investable for financial institutions and private investors.
EAM Solar Park Management (SPM) AS has a management agreement with EAM Solar ASA. The agreement regulates the acquisition process, the transaction phase and the operation of the owned assets. EAM SPM is responsible for all business activities for EAM Solar ASA.
